This agreement is made effective as of the date of acceptance by and between you ("Webmaster") and iLook Ltd (JANS! WebRing).

NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows:

1. You must be at least 18 years old to join our program.

2. We do NOT allow upsells in your preview and members area ! You'll be warned only once if you do so, then we'll delete your account. Pop-up consoles will not be tolerated too.

3. You can not give away free Movie Trailers on your Tour pages.

4. The rights of Webmaster under this agreement are not transferable.

5. JANS WebRing will pay you 12$ for every new sale you refer and $12 for every membership renewal it generates

6. Failure to utilize the correct linking codes could result in lost hits and uncounted signups. JANS WebRing is not responsible for incorrect linking codes.

7. Linking from password sites, warez sites, Child Pornography, Beastiality, and SPAM is not permitted and all accounts not respecting this rule will be terminated and any amounts owed will be voided.

8. Your site contents will not promote or contain any of the following: Warez, Passwords, MP3, Bestiality, Rape, Child Pornography or any acts of violence. This includes links, graphics or any HTML including Meta Tags.

9. Payments are made every month.

10. We monitor credit/chargeback and conversion/renewal rates very closely. Any account found to have a high credit and/or chargeback rate or low renewal rate will not be paid. Do not signup for our website yourself or get any of your friends or family members to signup either.

11. You will not misrepresent our website, including but not limited to, misrepresenting the cost of membership, terms of membership, or content contained within the members areas.

12. You must use the content provided by us under our license, failure to obide by this rule will result in termination and blacklist of your account.
